Welcome to our new website!

Saarland English Club is the English language school run by Tom Neate. Tom created the enterprise with the simple ambition of providing English training in Saarland, accessible to all. The focus is on giving students the opportunity to express themselves freely and let them choose the content and structure.  Both individual and group lessons are offered for all age groups and abilities. We work with only small groups, up to a maximum of five students from our address in Riegelsberg.

Tom Neate
Tom Neate was born in 1980 in Westminster, London. He  lived in the United Kingdom’s capital city until he was ten when he moved with his family to Winchester, to the South West of London, 20 minutes away from the south coast of England.

Tom graduated with a bachelor degree from the University of East Anglia (UEA) in Norwich in 2003.

In 2005 Tom moved to the most beautiful state in Germany, Saarland.

Teaching English
In many other language schools there is no continuity of teaching, this is not the cast at Saarland English Club, Tom will be your only language teacher throughout the duration of the course. English will be the only language used in lessons as this is the most effective way of learning the language.

Previous Clients
For the last four and half years Tom has taught in Luxembourg on behalf of a private language school. Tom has given lessons at some of the biggest companies in Luxembourg to some of their most senior personal; these companies include Husky, Société Générale, Ceratizit and BIL. Tom has given lessons on wide variety of topics from English for Islamic banking to English for the back office. Whatever your need Tom will work with you to achieve your goal.
